    The Company has enhanced the content of the convocation notices and other materials for the General Meeting of Shareholders and expanded the information disclosed. Furthermore, the Company has adopted live streaming for shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting in person as well as methods for exercising voting rights via the Internet using computers.

  • Holding of financial results briefing (4 times a year: 80-100 participants each)

    The President and executives explain financial results and growth strategies to institutional investors and securities analysts on a quarterly basis (financial results briefings for the press are also held twice a year).

  • Meetings with institutional investors and securities company analysts (Total: 361)
    1. Individual meetings and small meetings (175 in Japan, 106 overseas)

      The Corporate Communications Department conducts two-way dialogue on details such as financial results and management plans in individual meetings or small meetings with institutional investors and securities company analysts.

    2. SR Meeting (twice a year: 29 participants in Japan)

      The General Affairs Department conducts dialogue with major domestic shareholders (institutional investors) regarding the Company's initiatives centered on governance and the voting rights exercise policies of institutional investors.

    3. Holding of top meetings (once a year: 15 people in Japan)

      The President discusses with domestic institutional investors the thinking behind management strategies such as portfolio reform and business plans.

    4. Conducted ESG seminar hosted by securities company (once a year: 20 people in Japan)

      The officer in charge of IR explains the uniqueness and growth potential of the management strategy on ESG themes.

    5. Holding of overseas roadshows (3 times a year: 17 participants from overseas)

      The Executive Officer in charge of IR conducts dialogue with overseas institutional investors from North America, Europe, and Asia regarding our management plan, business model, research and development, shareholder returns, and ESG matters (including one conference hosted by a securities company per year).

  • Feedback of shareholders' opinions and thoughts to management (4 times a year + as needed)

    In addition to providing quarterly feedback to management, including the President, and relevant divisions on shareholder opinions ascertained through dialogue, feedback is also provided as needed when events where many shareholder opinions are gathered are held. This feedback is utilized as a reference for disclosure materials and the formulation and promotion of management strategies going forward.
