Chloroprene rubber Solar power gasket, anti-vibration rubber for wind power generator Due to its flame resistance and ability to control vibrations, this product is used in gaskets for solar cells installed on housing rooftops and vibration insulation rubber for wind turbine nacelles (covers that house power generation components).

Chloroprene rubber Rubber parts for automobiles and vehicles The product is used in air suspensions, joint boots, rack and pinion boots, and power steering hoses, brake hoses and dustproof caps which require oil resistance and aging resistance. It supports the automobile industry.
SDGs 11 Elastomers Dept. Chloroprene latex Aqueous adhesive This product can achieve replacement of chloroprene-based adhesive solvents from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to aqueous solutions, thereby helping reduce environmental burdens and improve the workplace environment.
SDGs 11 Elastomers Dept. Chloroprene rubber Rubber support for bridge CR products are 100 times more ozone resistant than natural rubber (NR) products. They achieve a long-life rubber support with excellent weather resistance and safety.
SDGs 3 Elastomers Dept. Chloroprene latex Gloves There is a concern that natural rubber (NR) for rubber gloves contains protein may cause allergies. As CR does not contain protein and has a similar performance to NR, it has been adopted for surgical, inspection, and industrial gloves. Denka has also recently succeeded in developing a new type of CR latex, which does not require vulcanization accelerators, another potential causal element of allergies.
SDGs 7SDGs 9 Elastomers Dept. DENKA ER Turbo hose DENKA ER used in the hose attached to the turbocharger, which reduce automobile CO2 emissions, contributes to global warming mitigation measures through the realization of low fuel consumption vehicles.
SDGs 11 Special Cement Additives Dept. EIEN Embedded concrete molds, radioactive waste containers Incorporating special cement additives, EIEN can densify the internal structure of concrete by reacting with carbonate ions. In addition to absorbing CO2 during production, by helping prolong the lives of buildings it reduces the need for CO2-emitting demolition and construction processes.
SDGs 13 Special Cement Additives Dept. SUICOM Vegetation block, foundation block During production, SUICOM absorbs CO2, working to harden concrete through the carbonization of a special cement additive made using slaked lime, which generates no CO2 even at the raw material stage. SUICOM thus contributes significantly to CO2 reduction throughout its life cycle.

Σ Concrete piles, propulsive pipes, box culverts, high-strength piles, pillars for buildings, concrete secondary products, cast-in-place concrete Σ: These products effectively utilize industrial byproducts emitted from steelworks and thermal power generation plants as raw materials.
SDGs 13 Special Cement Additives Dept. Σ1000,2000 Concrete piles, propulsive pipes, box culverts, high-strength piles, pillars for buildings, concrete secondary products, cast-in-place concrete Σ1000, 2000: When supplemented with Σ1000 and 2000, high-strength concrete can be made through steam curing. These products also perform well with blast furnace cement made of recycled steel slag. Concrete made of blast furnace cement supplemented with Σ1000 realizes approximately 40% or lower CO2 emissions intensity than autoclave cured cement.

Σ80N Concrete piles, propulsive pipes, box culverts, high-strength piles, pillars for buildings, concrete secondary products, cast-in-place concrete Σ80N: Σ80N reduces high-strength concrete’s CO2 emissions intensity by more than 30%. Moreover, the concrete produced boasts superior abrasion resistance and durability and can be recycled multiple times.
SDGs 13 Special Cement Additives Dept. F-DAC Additive used for vibrating compaction F-DAC is product effectively utilizes the industrial byproducts of steelworks and thermal power generation plants as raw materials.
SDGs 13 Special Cement Additives Dept. FINE CSA Additive used for vibrating compaction F-DAC and FINE-CSA help shorten time required for the pre-curing and steam curing processes, thereby contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions. It also performs well with blast furnace cement. When this product is added to blast furnace cement, its CO2 emissions intensity is approximately 40% or lower than steam cured cement.
SDGs 9 Special Cement Additives Dept. NATMIC Shotcrete (high strength and low dust generation) This product effectively utilizes industrial byproducts emitted from steelworks and thermal power generation plants as raw materials.
NATMIC hardens quickly and thus is used as a shotcrete for tunnel construction. It also performs well with blast furnace cement made with recycled steel slag. When this product is added into blast furnace cement, the resulting concrete’s CO2 emissions intensity is approximately 50% lower than that of other types of concrete supplemented with the product.
SDGs 8 Special Cement Additives Dept. Clear shot method, NATMIC L-AF, H-AF Tunnel shotcrete Used as low dust spraying concrete. As low-alkaline concrete with quick strength development, the product improves the working environment in the tunnel. It reduces the bouncing back of dust and concrete generated during spraying work and material loss.

Electrochemical repair Countermeasure against concrete deterioration due to neutralization and salt damage, etc., Denka TECHNOCRETE System Desalination (electrochemical repair) is an environment-friendly repair method capable of reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 30% compared with conventional surface repair methods. Moreover, a surface coating applied after a repair reduces the need for future repairs as well as CO2 emissions over a structure’s useful life.
SDGs 11 Special Cement Additives Dept. SUPER CEMENT Emergency repair of roads, railways, airports, etc. This ultra-quick-hardening concrete gains practical strength over a short time period, helping to restore the transportation infrastructure quickly at times of emergency.
SDGs 9 Special Cement Additives Dept. F-DAC, B-FORM Concrete secondary products Facilitating the hardening and solidification of concrete, this cement additive shortens curing time while reducing fuel use, thereby enhancing production efficiency and cost effectiveness.
SDGs 9 Special Cement Additives Dept. SUQCEM Concrete precast products An ultrahigh-strength fiber-reinforced concrete that significantly reduces construction expenses and life cycle costs by facilitating the construction of lighter, stronger structures.
SDGs 11 Special Cement Additives Dept. ES, ES-L Ground injection / liquefaction countermeasures Highly-durable cement-based quick setting material. The material accelerates the setting and hardening of cement during the ground injection work.
SDGs 11 Special Cement Additives Dept. Colloidal Super Ground injection / liquefaction countermeasures Boasting high strength and durability as well as excellent permeability, this superfine powder cement additive is used in terrestrial grouting work.
SDGs 11 Special Cement Additives Dept. S-PACK Ground injection / liquefaction countermeasures A grout additive used as the primary injection material in the dual-tube double packer grouting method aimed at stabilizing ground, preventing water intrusion and countering soil liquefaction.

For the soil, Azumin enhances the ability to retain fertilizer components. For the crops, Azumin promotes root growth, improves tolerance to environmental changes, and promotes healthy growth.
SDGs 2 Water&Agri-Products Department Humic Substances-Based Products Biostimulants By drawing out the natural power inherent in plants, these products positively impact stress tolerance, yield, and quality. It contributes to mitigating the impact of global food shortages and agricultural damage caused by climate change. Healthy growth leads to reduced use of chemical pesticides and lowers the environmental impact.  
SDGs 2SDGs 13 Water&Agri-Products Department Lime Nitrogen Fertilizers, Pesticides Lime Nitrogen can help reduce nitrate-nitrogen pollution in groundwater due to its nitrification inhibition effect, contributing to a reduction in environmental impact. In rice paddies, after harvesting, the amount of methane emitted from the paddies in spring can be suppressed by the effect of promoting the ripening of rice straw.

DENKA ALCEN Automobile (catalyst holder), materials for heating furnace, industrial furnace (Use for automobiles) Used as a raw material for ceramic catalyst carriers to clean automobile exhaust gas and for a holding material to protect filters from high heat and vibrations specific to automobiles, the product can contribute to reducing the environmental burden of exhaust gas.
(Use for refractory) Used as a heat insulating material for furnaces, and because of its lower density, lighter weight and lower thermal conductivity than refractory bricks, the product can contribute to weight reduction and energy saving of the furnace as a whole.

Integrated use of water tanks, drain outlets, and corrugated pipes “TOYODRAIN” makes it possible to turn paddy fields into crop fields and universal use and allow direct sowing by optimizing water management.

Especially in the case of recycled PS, which is prone to property degradation, it becomes less prone to cracking, ensuring safety and reliability. In shrink films, it is used for thin film formation and low-density films, contributing to label downsizing and recycling.
