November 2025 update
In order to respond to the expectations and trust of many stakeholders, including our shareholders, customers, local communities, and employees, we have established the Denka Vision, which is composed of our Purpose, which serves as our guiding North Star, and our Mission, which expresses what we want to achieve by 2030, based on our core values that represent the Company’s DNA. Through these efforts, we aim to enhance corporate value by strengthening our business foundation through profit-ability and expanding our business scale, while maintaining a stance of being a company that earns social trust and empathy. We believe that corporate governance serves as the base for these efforts, and will strive to enhance governance in order to fulfill our responsibilities to stakeholders and ensure transparency and soundness in management.
