Omi Plant started operations in 1921, using abundant limestone and hydroelectric power generation as resources, and will celebrate its 104th anniversary in 2024. In order to contribute to the sustainable development of society, the Omi Plant aims to become a carbon-neutral plant of the future as a specialist in making the world a better place through the power of chemistry by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, further utilizing clean energy hydroelectricity.
